Site Layout

Construction Scheduling

• Agra Industries, Inc. scheduler works with the project manager to develop a project schedule consisting of engineering, procurement, fabrication and on site installation/construction.
• Makes regular site visits to make schedule up dates and will attend bi-weekly progress meeting.  On the weeks that the scheduler is not on site up dates will be made over a conference call with the site superintendent/foreman.
• Meets weekly with the Agra Industries, Inc. engineering department and fabrication department for schedule reviews.
