Job Title: Site Superintendent/Project Manager
Department: Road Crew
Reports To: Project Manager
Duties will
include, ensures that all safety programs, policies, and procedures are being
adhered to. Studies specifications to plan procedures for construction on basis
of starting and completion times and staffing requirements for each phase of
construction. Will be responsible for the construction project from start to
finish. Will report back to AGRA Management at end of project with both
positive feedback and areas that could be improved for the next project.

Must have a good
understanding of project management concepts and techniques, including project
control, planning, estimating, resource management, risk management, and
quality assurance.
Minimum of 5
years experience in project management, training, and performing on site safety
audits.
Ability to read,
analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial
reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or
complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business
community. Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform
to prescribed style and format. Ability to effectively present information to
top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
Ability to
define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in
mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete
variables.
OSHA 30 hour
construction course is required.

required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision,
peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Extreme noise,
dust, welding flash, mud, snow, ice, abrasion, and fall hazards are routinely
present at construction job sites and the employee will be required to wear
proper PPE.
The noise level
in the work environment is usually moderate.
This position
requires frequent travel and extended workdays.
